A woman with red hair is lying on a cream-colored couch, petting a black dog on her lap. Behind her is a large painting of a black horse, a palm tree, and some abstract shapes. On the wall above the painting are three smaller artworks featuring people and animals with a tropical theme. There is a potted plant with long, pointed leaves on a stand next to the couch.

About

Britti Ward is a contemporary artist + designer from Cape Cod now based in West Palm Beach.

With a background in sculpture & interior design, these experiences shaped the way she approaches painting today

Thinking not just about imagery, but about mood, atmosphere, and how art can transform a space.

Each painting is created with interiors in mind: art that elevates a space, adds presence, and tells a story through color, form, and feeling.

Her current work expands on the coastal cowboy aesthetic, developing a visual world inspired by her dream of living in a beachside ranch. A dreamy world where the desert vibes meets the ocean, where horses stand beside palm trees, and where “surfer cowboys” take over.
